学了这么多年英语，今天第一次看到炸土豆饼叫hash brown。历史上，炸土豆饼的全称是"hashed browned potatoes"，hashed表示切碎（肉或蔬菜），browned表示（通过烹饪）使（食物）呈棕色。后来逐渐缩写为hash brown potatoes，最后直接变为hash brown。
