为达到公司增加游戏销量的目标,《灵魂骇客2》的更新将于2022年11月上旬推出,此次更新将添加冲刺、高速战斗模式等新功能,修复一些问题,以及加入了新的恶魔。
Seeing the names ATLUS and SEGA continue to spawn JRPG games on the market, especially with multiplatform releases, is certainly happy. Apart from Persona who seems to be the champion, they are also exploring a new series from an old name that was abandoned – Soul Hackers 2. Through the latest series which was also released from day one on all existing platforms, unfortunately it provoked more criticism. Obviously it was built on a lower budget which then had an impact on design issues, both in terms of aesthetics and gameplay. The bad news? He is also weak in terms of sales. In the financial report released by SEGA, in the question and answer session with investors, SEGA acknowledged the weakness of the sales figures for Soul Hackers 2 that they had relied on. No exact figures were given indeed, but they admitted that at this time, sales were below their expectations. However, SEGA still believes that it can sell this game in the long term, and as such, will continue to improve it with various updates in the name of making it more attractive to a wider market. SEGA admits that sales of Soul Hackers 2 failed to live up to their expectations. Sales of ATLUS’ own games rarely end up disappointing SEGA, outside of games like Tokyo Mirage Sessions #FE which unfortunately were born from the same team that worked on Soul Hackers 2.
