倒不是 not that
執業證書 certificate。比如：birth/marriage/death certificate 出生╱結婚╱死亡證明
考核標準 criteria of assessment
久岐忍真的是考證達人啊，什麼行業的證都想考。這句可以翻譯為：Not that I have all the certificates. Some industries don't have criteria of assesment, so you can not take part in the tests.
官方版本："I wouldn't say that I'm certified for everything. There are some industries that just don't have standardized assessments, so there's no way to sit for any such tests."
什麼執業證書都有 becertified for everything。這是一種詞類活用，把原來的名詞轉成動詞來組句子。
考核標準，standardized assessments。標準化考核，英文中確實這種說法比較常見。
考，sit for。sit for 是參加的意思，sit for an examination參加考試應試。考試嘛，大部分還是坐著考的咯，哈哈哈。
第六句：
不知為何，即使隔著面鎧，她神情中的不快依舊溢於言表。
不知為何，somehow。
神情，expression。
不快，unhappy。不快就是不快樂咯。
溢於言表，written over her face。溢於言表指的是指某種思想感情從言談或神態中流露出來。那我就簡單處理為某種神情寫在臉上。
翻譯為：Somehow, you can find unhappy still written over her face even behind her mask.
官方版本：Her displeasure finds eloquent expression even behind her mask.
不快，displeasure。比起unhappy更書面一點。
這裡的eloquent expression，我也不是很理解，可能是說久岐忍的表情非常的明顯吧。
第七句：
「話說回來，這世上怎麼會有不持證也能上崗的職業？恕我無法理解。」
話說回來，Anyway。像不管怎樣，無論如何，這些轉移話題或者轉到前一個話題，都可以用anyway。
持證上崗，get a job with certificate。上崗即工作，上班。
這句翻譯為：Anyway, how can there be a job without relevant certificate? I can not understand.
官方版本："Also, how can there be lines of work where you can find employment without the right qualifications? It boggles the mind."
Also接了第五句話，遞進關係。
職業，lines of work。line of work指的是行當，更廣泛。
持證上崗，find employment with the right qualifications。qualification表示資格，資質，這樣就不會和certificate重複使用了。
恕我無法理解，It boggles the mind。常用短語，表示難以置信。
第八句：
也不知為何，即使隔著面鎧，她口吻中那股深深的質疑與不解仍極富感染力。
第二小句有點重複了。漢語喜歡重複，喜歡四字格，英語通常省略。
質疑，doubt。
不解，puzzlement。
口吻，tone。指在她說話的語氣中。
極富感染力，contagious。contagious既指疾病接觸性傳染的，又指情感具有感染力的。
最後一句翻譯為：Somehow, her deep doubt and puzzlement in her tone is still contagious。
官方版本：Equally mind-boggling, perhaps, is the fact that her deep puzzlement is just as contagious.
Equally mind-boggling，同樣令人難以置信的。這裡有點意譯了，理解即可。
