An elevator took me and Leonardo up into the heart of Ordo Iustitialis, the mysterious Castel del Monte.
我和列奧納多坐著升降機器進入了正義騎士團的心腹之地——神秘的蒙特城堡。

The elevator platform came to a stop in a room apparently used as a storage area, but currently deserted.
升降平臺停在一個顯然曾經作為倉庫使用的房間，但是這個房間已經荒廢了。
Leonardo started going through some old documents he found interesting, so finding our way out fell to me.
列奧納多發現了一些老文件，覺得有些意思，正在仔細閱讀，所以尋找出路的任務落在我的肩上。

We found Leonardo’s time machine in the fort’s courtyard, and it seems that the order had done everything in their power to make it work again.
我們在城堡的院子裡看到了列奧納多的時間機器，而且騎士團為了能讓機器恢復運轉，似乎盡了全力。
The machine was close but behind a heavy metal portcullis.
機器就在眼前，只是還有一道金屬門阻攔。

Leonardo will ascend the stairs to the roof and search for a way to the tank where the liquid fuel required to operate the time machine is mixed.

Look, Giacomo, the stolen time machine really ended up in the courtyard.

They will need to mix the fuel for the machine similarly as I did in Badia Fiorentina, but here with the tanks above the machine they let gravity do most of the work in transporting the liquid.
他們需要幫這個機器混合燃料，我之前在巴迪亞教堂也是要混合燃料。不過他們把罐子放到了機器上方，把輸送液體的工作交給了重力。
It is also important for the machine to turn quickly, and they will need an engine for that… oh I see!
另外，這個機器要能轉得很快才行，那麼他們就需要發動機……噢，看見了！
It’s right there under the makeshift roof on the right.

It seems they just took the boiler from my workshop.

I will go to the roof and find a way to those tanks above.

I remember well how to mix the fuel right and what to do if something unexpected happens.

I doubt the Order solved those problems on their own.

Now we need to get to the roof… In the back of this room is a stairway, which should lead directly to the roof.

And the controls for this gate should be right above us, but I do not see any door that would lead there directly.

In the meantime, I will take care of the portcullis leading to the courtyard.

I need to be ready to ignite the boiler propelling the machine immediately after Leonardo sends the prepared fuel.

It is clear that no matter the circumstances, out time window will be short.

Leonardo gave me a plan of the first floor marked with a way around the fort’s walkways up to the portcullis control mechanism.

I marked the controls and sketched a way you could use to get there – you should try using the gallery above the courtyard – that should help^you evade most of the rooms which will be surely full of guards.

And you should be able to get there from the study we just searched.

I wasn’t sure why all puzzles and clues in the room gradually pointed toward the window, but when I saw the ornamental plaque, I finally understood.
我剛才還不明白為什麼這個房間的所有謎題和線索都慢慢指向了這扇窗戶，現在我看到了這塊牌子，終於明白了是怎麼回事。

There is part of a biblical quote in Latin on the plaque.

Deep in that place of miracles, deep in the Temple of Wisdom, were many opportunities to see things that couldn’t otherwise be witnessed during one’s life.
智慧神殿內藏奇觀，走進其中即可目睹畢生不見之景象。
There was so much we could learn from the ancient builders of the temple, possibly the Nephilim.
神殿相傳由偉人築就，留給了我們太多值得學習的東西。

But whether they were mythical giants from biblical stories or not, it was obvious that they were sure about one thing:

the gate is dangerous and destroying it is better than the chance it might fall into the wrong hands.

Immediately upon entering the room, I knew the tapestry on the wall was somehow significant.

Utilizing the miraculous device, I finally reached the controls of the portcullis leading to the courtyard.
我藉著那臺神奇的機器，終於摸進了院門的控制室。
Out plan really worked. The guards left their posts.
我們的計劃成功了，衛兵被轉移了注意力。
Leonardo mixed the fuel and I ignited the boiler.
列奧納多配好了燃料，我點燃了鍋爐。
The time machine started moving with a loud roar.
時間機器轉起來了，發出巨大的轟隆聲。

Our victory was mere moments away.

Suddenly a familiar face showed up, that of Cesare Borgia.
突然出現了一張熟悉的面孔——愷撒·博爾吉亞。
I was just one move of his finger away from death.

But then the guards returned. The situation was chaotic.
然而這時衛兵都回來了，場面非常混亂。
They caught Leonardo, and Borgia found himself in a heated conflict.
他們抓了列奧納多，博爾吉亞也遇上了對手。
I was unable to do anything but watch the events unfolding before me.
我什麼都做不了，只能眼睜睜看著。

At the last moment, when precious seconds were passing quickly and the chance for us to use the machine was shrinking, Borgia suddenly stopped struggling.
寶貴的時間一分一秒流逝，我們進入時間機器的幾率越來越小。眼看著我們即將與成功失之交臂，博爾吉亞突然放棄掙扎。
He turned to me and told me to hurry.
他轉身，叫我趕快進去。

I don’t know if he was secretly hoping we would succeed and the machine that had possessed him and caused him so much pain would be destroyed, or if it was just his hatred of Ordo Iustitialis that made him say those words.
