蛋包飯是日本一種比較普通且很受青睞的主食,由蛋皮包裹炒飯而成的菜餚。一般是將雞蛋煎成厚薄均勻的蛋皮,再放上炒好的炒飯、韓式辣椒醬、番茄醬、色拉油和其他各種材料包好製成。Omelette /ˈɑːmlət/ n. 煎蛋卷。
