蒲烧鳗肉,说白了就是烤鳗鱼。烤鳗鱼是韩国丽水市具有代表性的美食,在夏季经常被作为滋补汤食用。烤鳗鱼保持了鳗鱼诱人口感的高蛋白饮食,维生素A和维生素B、维生素C十分丰富,是女性皮肤美容和恢复疲劳、防止老化、提高活力的佳品。尤其它高度含有EPA和DHA等不饱和脂肪酸,能够有效降低胆固醇指数,还含有丰富的钙质。烤鳗鱼外焦里嫩,入口窜香;鳗鱼汤则肉质绵软,汤汁鲜浓,无论是烤还是熬汤,鳗鱼料理绝对会让你大饱口福,赞叹不已。
