In much higher spirits knights loaded the Gate on the caravan and once again their journey, their crusade has begun.

In the end Roger gained control of Jerusalem without blood spilt, opened the Holy Land to pilgrims again, defensive walls rebuilt.

City’s crown rested on emperor’s noble head, with wise sultan Al-Kamil he shared his bread.

Through the Gate to the Temple of Wisdom Friedrich often went, to learn its secrets, to further knowledge was his lustrous intent.

He worked closely with those most loyal, those he close, thus, a new order of knights noble, Order of Justice arose.

《正义骑士团》故事总结
1012年，海因里希·斯陶芬之子弗雷德里希诞生。弗雷德里希16岁便登上王位成为鲁杰罗国王，治国有方，受万民爱戴，但教宗额我略因为嫉妒弗雷德里希的声望将其逐出教会。
弗雷德里希只得东征前往巴勒斯坦，途中为躲避沙暴进入一个山洞，发现了智慧神殿之门。借助得来的古代智慧，弗雷德里希兵不血刃攻下了耶路撒冷，成为人民的救主。他开始频繁出入智慧之门，并成立正义骑士团，自己亲任团长。
但嫉妒的教宗额我略称弗雷德里希与魔鬼做交易，骑士团的建立是为掩饰魔鬼的馈赠，再次将他逐出教籍。
弗雷德里希退回意大利，为骑士团建立了一座要塞作为大本营，即正义神殿，世代保守骑士团的秘密。弗雷德里希去世后，世代接替团长的都是至慧之人，隐世埋名，智慧之门逐渐被人遗忘。

1495年
当代的正义骑士团是一个神秘组织，这个组织的标志由0、1和8组成，里面有很多社会上的名流政要，并且拥有关于一台秘密机器的许多残缺不齐的秘密图纸。
凯撒·博尔吉亚公爵曾经是秘密组织的人，他称自己可以帮助组织重建机器，带着组织的人找到达芬奇大师，请大师根据残缺的图纸补全内容并研发机器。大师出于对未知的好奇接下了工作。
不过公爵背地里有自己的打算，他不断试图在大师身边安插眼线确定大师研究的进度，想要抢先将机器收为己用。在手下人都没通过大师测试的情况下，冒险将被控修习巫术的贾可蒙从埃斯特城堡监狱救出，安插到当时在米兰恩宠圣母堂工作的大师身边，监视他工作的一举一动。
从1506回到1495的大师为了避开包括自己在内的所有认识他的人，躲去了自己的密友卢卡·帕西奥利修士那里，为了弄清楚当年公爵拿到草图后的行动，他将永恒之眼以匿名的方式送给了贾可蒙，帮助贾可蒙通过由在恩宠圣母堂的自己设下的测试，贾可蒙从此成为大师的徒弟。

1498年
大师结束恩宠圣母堂的工作后便搬去米兰旧宫继续自己的研究工作。随着对图纸研究的深入、对机器模型的完善，他发现这不是一份人们应该拥有的力量。
公爵突然前去催促大师对神秘机器的研究，为了完成公爵的任务，贾可蒙利用永恒之眼进入大师的秘密工作室，发现大师在试图根据一份外来的残缺图纸复原一个奇怪复杂的机器，并将大师复原的草图记录了下来交给了公爵。
从1506年回到1495的大师按照自己的计划，跟随公爵到了米兰旧宫，取走了贾可蒙的永恒之眼，继续观察拿到草图的公爵的下一步行动。跟踪过程中他发现了公爵的真实身份以及神秘组织的存在，并将自己的发现告诉了密友卢卡。
卢卡想起自己年轻时曾在位于皮埃蒙特的圣弥额尔修道院修行。这家修道院基本上是一座书馆，是一座有几百年历史的建在崖边的城塞。当时是院长助理的卢卡不经意间听到院长与书馆馆长在谈论一本书籍，该书藏在书馆中只有院长能进入的密室里。书籍上有这个神秘组织的标志，名叫《正义骑士团》。
大师认为这本书可能是找到机器来源的关键。

1506年
恺撒·博尔吉亚公爵因为和组织不合，脱离了组织，失去了在社会上的地位。于是更加急躁地想要从大师那里得到机器。大师为躲避公爵将研究工作搬到了佛罗伦萨，并为研究时间之门的真正威力在巴迪亚教堂的塔楼秘密建造了机器。此时失去权势的公爵找来了佛罗伦萨，同时秘密组织也注意到了大师的行动。
大师因为时间之门的去处感到为难，最终决定将时间之门留在自己手上，通过它回到过去从根源消除时间之门存在的可能性。大师利用研究时间之门得到的部分技术发明了很多器械，比如进入过去静止时空的永恒之眼、看透事物内部的透视镜、可以回溯过去时间的时间转换器、装有重要装置的用来校准时间之门的手套。
由于神秘组织和公爵的突然到来，打乱了大师的计划，他没有来得及将事情的真相告诉贾可蒙，只能将透视镜、时间交换器和手套留给前去与他会和的贾可蒙。但最终没有等到贾可蒙的大师只能提前一步去了1495年。
大师的穿越引起了爆炸（第一部开头的爆炸），追踪大师失败的公爵将矛头对准了贾可蒙，受到攻击的贾可蒙摔进时间之门，然后公爵也跟着跳入了时间之门（第一部中，随着主角不断前行，背后一直有个人追他，这个人就是公爵）。

1507年
神秘组织终于找到了时间之门。但由于大师建造的神秘之门只能使用两次，贾可蒙在第一部结尾进入时间之门后机器就损坏了。不过他们还是将时间之门拆解带走了。
1508年的贾可蒙通过永恒之眼回到1507年，看到神秘组织正在拆解大师建造的时间机器，而这群人里有一个红衣人竟然能在静止的过去时间里行动并看到他。

1508年
穿越到1508年后，大师留给贾可蒙的透视镜碎了，公爵抢走了整个手套。不过贾可蒙找到了大师留给自己的增加透视镜功能的永恒之眼。
大师制作的手套必须和时间之门配合使用，缺一不可，但是他自己的手套坏掉了，而贾可蒙的手套被公爵抢走了。
贾可蒙与穿越后的大师再次相见时，大师已经苍老了很多，贾可蒙是从1506年直接跳跃到了1508年，并没有老去。但大师从1495年一直隐居到1508年，一呆便是13年，已经肉眼可见的衰老了。
大师与贾可蒙赶往卢卡所说的都灵的圣弥额尔修道院寻找《正义骑士团》，院长允许他们进入院内书馆研习典籍，书馆管理员院长马拉齐修士负责接待，贾可蒙将趁着大师装作钻研经典的时间去寻找院长密室的《正义骑士团》。
最终贾可蒙进入了秘密书房，用永恒之眼回到1466年拿到了存放书籍的密格钥匙。这里曾经有很多身穿兜帽红袍的神秘人，而带着钥匙的那个人可以行动并发现了他。
贾可蒙看完《正义骑士团》后，神秘组织追进了书馆，此时大师已不知所踪。贾可蒙慌忙之际想利用永恒之眼逃走，永恒之眼却在打开的瞬间被追来的神秘人射中毁坏，贾可蒙被吸入了时间裂隙中。
