开发商水晶动力当前正负责开发两款游戏，都以强大女性为主角，分别是《完美黑暗：重启版》和《古墓丽影》新作。
自2006年《古墓丽影：传奇》以来，该系列一直由水晶动力负责（《古墓丽影：暗影》除外，由Eidos蒙特利尔主导开发，因为水晶动力忙着开发《漫威复仇者联盟》）。而《完美黑暗》属于英国工作室Rare的IP，后者于2002年被微软收购。2020年微软成立了新工作室The Initiative，开发《完美黑暗：重启版》。
