With the official announcement of the new Starfield release date, the countdown for the publication of the new Bethesda IP has officially started. After captivating the public with the fantastic and post-apocalyptic imagery of The Elder Scrolls and Fallout, the software house turns towards the sci-fi genre, to propose a promising space epic. As Starfield’s debut approached, early RPG classifications began appearing in national agency databases. Among these, we find the assignment of the Starfield rating in Australia, where the title was indicated as suitable for an adult audience. However, a peculiar detail reported by the Australian Classification Board has attracted the attention of the community. According to what is indicated on the institution’s website, in fact, Starfield would be expected not only on PC and Xbox Series X|S, but also on Xbox One. An indication that, however, is not reflected in what has been communicated up to now by Microsoft and Bethesda. As known, in fact, the space RPG qualifies as an exclusively next-gen experience, which will therefore not see the light on the previous Redmond flagship console. False alarm therefore for Xbox One owners, who will have to choose another path to be able to experience the gameplay and atmospheres of Starfield firsthand.
