Harada revealed it in an interview with the Japanese portal 4Gamer, where when asked what his ambitions and good intentions are for 2023, he replied that he is working on multiple games. He added that there is still a lot of work to be done on Tekken 8 and that development will still take some time, which would seem to suggest that the launch will certainly not take place early next year. He also stated that he is confident that the development team is doing their best and that unfortunately he fears that the time available is not enough for him to devote himself to all the projects he has in mind.
