今日，SQUARE ENIX在官網宣佈，《魔咒之地》的開發工作室Luminous Productions（夜光組）將於5月1日併入SE本社，2023 年 5 月 1 日星期一生效。
SE表示“此次合併是公司進一步增強集團開發工作室競爭力的努力的一部分，是其當前中期業務戰略中設定的目標”。
SE公司開發了多款3A級高清（HD）遊戲，擁有豐富的知識產權（IP）和內容。同時，Luminous Productions不僅具備3A級遊戲開發能力，還具備遊戲引擎開發等領域的技術專長，合併將進一步提升本集團開發高清遊戲的能力。
Square Enix announced a merger with its subsidiary Luminous Productionswhich will come into effect on May 1. Luminous Productions was founded in 2018 leader Final Fantasy XV.
